Welcome! I am a warm, sensitive, caring person and my goal is to offer a safe space and to develop a trusting relationship with my clients. I embrace diversity and connect well with clients, encourage them to be curious in exploring their innermost thoughts and feelings.
My approach is client-centered, relational and solution-focused. I incorporate concepts from Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy into my therapy work.
