Provider Types

This is a clinic or agency with multiple providers, including:

  • Pre-Licensed Professionals

I believe that true growth occurs when people feel seen, not judged or rushed. I pride myself on engaging with clients with curiosity, care, and connection in mind. I work with children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that leave people feeling stuck or overwhelmed. While I draw on CBT, ACT, and somatic approaches in my work, I take a strengths-based approach to therapy. This approach begins with the assumption that you already have the resources you need and my role is to help uncover and build on them, rather than focus solely on what’s “wrong”. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to use their own voice in the process. Whatever brings you to therapy, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools that fit your daily life.
