I am a licensed independent clinical social worker who practices in Massachusetts. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and strength-based approach in my work. Having grown up in a Black and Caribbean household, I understand the stigma around mental health. That’s why I am here to remind you: it is okay to not be okay. I will help guide you through life stressors, life transitions, self-esteem, depression and anxiety.
