Finding Your Way in a Time of So Much Change

College and young adulthood can be exciting, but they can also feel surprisingly overwhelming. You may be figuring out who you are apart from your family, navigating friendships or relationships, worrying about your future, managing academic pressure, or simply wondering why everyone else seems to have things figured out when you don’t.

Sometimes it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down. Sometimes it’s loneliness, self-doubt, a difficult relationship, family expectations, or the feeling that you should be happier than you are. And sometimes you just need a place where you don’t have to have the right answer.

I’ve worked with women and young adults for more than three decades, and I understand that this stage of life is about much more than getting through college. It’s about becoming your own person.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and practical. We can make room for what’s difficult while also helping you understand yourself better, trust your own voice, build healthier relationships, and feel more confident about the life you’re creating.
