Hi, I am Shannon Duffy and clinically licensed in the states of Arizona, Illinois, and Minnesota to provide virtual individual therapy and counseling. I specialize in working with high achievers with stress, anxiety, perfectionism tendencies, and relationship concerns. I provide a safe space and flexible scheduling to address current and past stressors that may be holding you back in not being able to achieve your goals and feel good about yourself. I also work with athletes for sports performance, disordered eating patterns and eating disorders, and injury recovery. I hope I can be of help.
I work with students and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and dealing with the undergoing changes of going to college or starting full time work. I offer therapy without judgment, I am here to help you challenge the critic in your mind telling you that you're doing everything wrong and that everyone is judging you all the time. I use a mix of cognitive and behavioral approaches to help you learn ways to change how you think about yourself and the world around you. I help by providing a nonjudgmental space and time for you to process through the thoughts that are troubling you and the worries you have. I am available to see clients in Illinois and Indiana.
As a first generation immigrant and a former international student from South Korea, I am very passionate about working with clients with multicultural backgrounds. Since 2004, I have worked with people in South Korea, college students and graduate students in IL and CA, and people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who struggle with relationship issues, family, life adjustment, intersecting identities, communications with older or younger generations, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and so on. I offer bi-lingual therapy; I worked as a licensed counselor in S. Korea, so you can speak only Korean, only English, or both languages in session. Since 2010, I have been working with clients to address a variety of issues in the United States. The main issues I have dealt with include relationship problems (romantic, family, interpersonal), anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment, identity, and self-esteem. The experiences of individuals rooted in immigrant families in the United States are special and unique. I have extensive experience counseling first, second, and third-generation Korean and Asian clients over the past 15 years while working in university counseling centers in the U.S. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, primarily using elements drawn from Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) or Solution-Focused therapy based on the nature of the issues or client’s needs. In therapy, I strive to create new understanding, provide corrective experiences, and promote changes. My clients have told me that they enjoyed their work with me because they loved the insight about them and their patterns that they got from our work, warm and consistent support from me, and changes that they were motivated to make throughout the course of the therapy.

I work best with students who often feel like they're carrying more than they let on. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, make sense of what's been weighing on you, and begin moving toward a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and authentically yours.

Do you feel stuck? Perhaps you recognize that something in your life isn't working and you've tried to fix things or make changes, but it didn't work and you find yourself feeling exhausted, defeated, confused, helpless, hopeless, or overwhelmed. Or maybe you have no idea where to start. You've landed in the right place because getting unstuck is my specialty. Reaching out for help is a courageous choice. I am honored to provide a safe space for clients to pause, reflect, process, learn, and grow. My goal is to empower clients to live fully and embrace a lifestyle that sustains a sense of well-being. I am licensed in NY, PA, IL, and NH, which allows me to support students year-round who may live in one state and go to school in another, or who plan to move to another state following graduation. Transitions are often a time of increased stress so finding a therapist who can be present *virtually* throughout is important. In addition to our work together in session, I make use of an app that is free to my clients to provide resources between sessions and collect data to create a personalized approach to treatment.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Hello! My name is Morgan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since starting my career in 2015, I have worked in community-based mental health, private practice, schools and hospitals. Since 2021, I have primarily worked in tele-health, so I am well versed in making virtual sessions as comfortable and productive as possible. Before becoming a therapist, I played college volleyball. When I think of the most difficult times in my life, transitioning from high school to college is near the top. Trying to juggle living on my own (being homesick), college classes and a full-time volleyball schedule was no joke. I struggled with Depression and I wish I would have had someone to talk to, someone to help me adjust to this crazy time in my life. I want to be that person for others just like me. I’ve worked with children and adults dealing with life-changing situations, such as Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. However, I believe that therapy is for everyone, so even if you don’t feel you are dealing with severe issues, I also assist clients with stress, self-esteem issues, coping with general life changes, relationship issues, family conflicts, anger management, communication issues and coaching.
Hi there! I’m Dawn Meyer, and I’m here to help you navigate whatever life is throwing your way—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, or just the everyday stress of college life. I know reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, but my approach is straightforward and compassionate. We’ll work together to help you manage big stressors or work on issues related to your mental health. Feel free to call, text or email me for more information. I am a fully virtual therapist. Life’s tough sometimes, but you don’t have to face it alone.
