We offer mental health services and support using Relational Cultural Therapy. "Relational-Cultural work is not about changing people to fit into dysfunctional cultural conditions, but empowering them to heal in connection, and in turn, to heal others in connection. A part of growth in connection often spills into participating in social change, through creating alliances or communities that are built around relational values." –Judith V. Jordan, Relational-Cultural Therapy. Our practice is gender affirming, intersectional, anti-racist, and diverse.
We're a small group of clinical psychologists who love working with college students, using evidence-based therapies and supportive relationships. We offer individual and group therapies, and intensive therapy or coaching for times when you may need extra help fast. We have a lot of experience helping students across a range of life issues, including the stress of college adjustment, family and relationship concerns, and a range of psychiatric diagnoses like anxiety, ADHD, mood, or behavioral problems. Some of our team are college faculty, and others are supervisors or students, so we understand what our college clients may need. We see clients live in our Boston MA and Bloomington IN offices, as well as virtually in several states, including FL, IN, and Washington DC. Feel free to reach out to see if we are a good fit for you!

There is no universal blueprint for figuring life out. Despite following the rules, working hard, and even finding some success, life may feel really dull. With that, a sense of emptiness and lack of direction can ebb and flow as we move through our existence. Sometimes, it feels like we are just going through the motions and playing in the background is the soundtrack of everyone else’s opinions. You may not even be able to pinpoint what exactly is wrong. Maybe you’re drowning under pressure and expectations. Maybe you're stuck living in the past, or frozen by fear of the future. Maybe it's a million different things... All you know is that that something is missing and you want more out of life. Although none of us are exempt from hard experiences, you can truly thrive in life! I help college students, young adults, and professionals who have worked hard to follow the traditional path only to wind up feeling lost, disconnected, and craving more out of life. You deserve to find freedom and wholeness in who you are. To shed old stories, build new ones, & uncover the goodness in life. To rediscover your passions and chase your dreams. To heal your hurts, learn how to handle to mess when it shows up, and live a life of true fulfillment. I'm here to support you along your journey to living your magic. Let's connect!

Hello, We are a group of like minded mental health counselors trained in EMDR who believe in walking along side our clients in a journey of deep dive healing. We use an eclectic approach to counseling but we are all trained in EMDR and approach current symptoms from an attachment/relational and trauma-informed lens.
My areas of focus are trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and perinatal disorders. I am in the process of becoming certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I practice from Cognitive-Behavioral orientation and a strengths-based perspective but often incorporate other modalities to fit my client’s needs.
I love working with college aged clients who are struggling with difficulties adjusting to new circumstances, anxiety, stress management, and relational concerns. I work from a very relational and warm approach, utilizing a variety of methods to help my clients meet the goals they set. I meet with clients weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly (if appropriate). If in the Bloomington area, I offer walk talk in addition to in office and telehealth.
