My early career in the NICU as a registered nurse shaped my understanding of trauma, stress, and the long-term psychological impact of medical and life events on patients and families. This led me to pursue specialized training in psychiatric mental health, with a focus on supporting women, trauma-related conditions, and mood and anxiety disorders. I have extensive experience diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and complex mood disorders. Throughout my practice, I've developed a strong focus and success in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I'm also deeply passionate about women’s mental health, helping patients navigate unique life transitions, hormonal shifts, and the intersecting challenges that impact women's well-being. My approach is centered on empowering patients with practical tools and compassionate insights to foster resilience and meaningful growth. My therapeutic framework is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), allowing me to provide patients with concrete, evidence-based tools to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and executive dysfunction. In addition to CBT, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities to ensure care is collaborative and dynamic. Recognizing that every individual’s journey is unique, I take an integrative and whole-body approach to care. By blending evidence-based modalities like CBT with other person-centered techniques, I'm able to tailor my therapeutic style to match each person's specific goals, strengths, and lifestyle. My hope for every patient is that you feel deeply heard, validated, and empowered in your care. In our sessions, you aren't just a diagnosis; you're a whole person. Together, we'll combine advanced clinical expertise with a compassionate, tailored approach to help you achieve lasting wellness and peace of mind. My hope for you is not just symptom management, but true flourishing. I'm most passionate about the transformative healing journey that begins when a patient feels fully heard and understood. My clinical approach is rooted in exploring a person's complete history and past traumas to understand the 'why' behind their current challenges. By getting to the root of these issues, I'm able to provide targeted care. I find it incredibly rewarding to guide patients through this comprehensive healing process, partnering with them to build a foundation for long-term peace and wellness.

Hello! I am currently accepting new patients. All visits are through telemedicine, so I can see anyone in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Colorado. My love for what I do in psychiatry, comes from the joy I get in helping others improve their lives. Most of my patients do not know which direction to go when then come to me, and that is ok. Some people come to me looking for second or third opinions about diagnosis or medications, some people are referred by a therapist to start medication. We can openly discuss decisions and options. This is a judgement free zone. There is no way you can TMI me! My primary role in our sessions is diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. The role I have in therapy is very small. Most clients are already in therapy or have been referred by therapists to me. All sessions are conducted by tele-medicine. **Offering flexible hours, evening appointments available, also some weekends. **

Welcome! I'm a therapist who helps college/graduate students and young professionals move from feeling anxious, stuck and unsure to secure, at ease, and fulfilled. Whether it’s feelings of uncertainty about your college and career path, struggles with self-esteem and perfectionism, or adjusting to a new medical diagnosis, you know you’re ready to make changes in your life. Many of the people I work with identify as high-achievers who have “taken all the right steps”, yet are still feeling anxious or uncertain. On paper, they are doing great and seem to have it all together, but inside they’re struggling with feelings of imposter syndrome or like they don’t know if they’re on the right path. I'm here to help you gain the tools and skills necessary to thrive in the face of challenges. Together, we will identify your goals and work collaboratively with an individualized and strengths-based approach. Through our work, we will spend some time exploring your past while also ensuring that we’re taking action-oriented steps to keep you moving forward.

Please email me to schedule a consultation appointment. I am a licensed mental health counselor in MA and RI. My approach to therapy is unique, in that I can help you achieve answers faster to what has been blocking you, build the life you desire, and redefine yourself using a holistic approach. We will do this together by finding root causes to your symptoms using a comprehensive assessment questionnaire, attachment theory, and evidence-based mind-body approaches; that include meditation and somatic practices. I help my clients transform their lives, reach their goals, and achieve lasting results by providing high quality care. My intent is to address the challenges you are struggling with in connection to your symptoms and help bring awareness on how these symptoms are connected to limiting beliefs, subconscious programming, and/or trauma; that created a life that no longer aligns with who you are today and where you want to be. I value treating the whole-person. As we walk through this journey together, my hope for you, is to find fulfillment within yourself, healthier relationships, healing, and post-traumatic growth. I am accepting new clients at this time and have helped hundreds of people achieve the life they seek throughout sixteen years of work experience in the mental health profession. <script src="https://thrivingcampus.com/verified.js?pid=34863"></script>

As a Harvard-trained licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years experience, I often see clients who struggle with managing stress and anxiety, have unsatisfying family and personal relationships, experience health problems or grief and loss, or have trouble focusing in school and work. Change involves both insight and actual changes in one's behavior. My goal is to create a time and place with you where we can work safely to explore the origins of the problems and then make improvements. My approach is warm, supportive, and actively focused on bringing about lasting change. I provide therapy via telehealth. <script src="https://thrivingcampus.com/verified.js?pid=46833"></script>

I am a Harvard-trained, Harvard-affiliated, board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. I strongly believe that the best psychiatric care is centered on the whole person, not just on a diagnosis or a specific medication. I provide weekly therapy and work with patients to determine if medications can be of help. I do not believe that everyone needs a medication, but they can be useful in treating particular psychiatric symptoms; I will work with you in order to find the best treatment modality that meets your goals and needs. My training in psychotherapy includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Exposure/Response Prevention (Ex/RP) and Prolonged Exposure (PE). I provide psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. In order to offer comprehensive treatment, I do not accept insurance in my private practice. I am currently conducting sessions via telemedicine only. Please feel free to send me an email to set up a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so I can answer any questions and see if I can be of help.

I'm a genderqueer & neurodivergent pet parent. Also a psychologist who practices the neuroaffective relational model (NARM®) through an anti-oppressive & queer liberation lens. Hoping for a future that feels a lot less oppressive and a lot more liberating for every single one of us. Supporting those at the intersections healing from internalized shame, oppression based & complex trauma. We will hold space for the impact of oppression while also centering your hopes for yourself. Many of the queer, trans & nonbinary adults I serve also also hold lived experiences of the following: a) neurodivergence like ADHD & autism; b) body stuff such as disability, chronic pain, & chronic illness c) race & cultural backgrounds including BIPOC, 1st-2nd gen immigrants, or mixed race/light skin; & d) those in marginalized bodies who are fighting against diet culture & weight loss industrial complex in a world that pushes body size & shape modification at all turns (e.g., trans students struggling with disordered eating recovery & fat folks trying to ground in fat liberation). I am a certified NARM therapist (Neuroaffective Relational Model), as well as a certified Body Trust Provider. My approach centers radical healing through an anti oppressive lens, cultivating shame resilience and self compassion. This includes exploring identity and navigating those 'not good enough' or 'too much' experiences that tend to trigger shame. Clinical 1:1 services via telehealth only for adults located in MA and RI, as well as telehealth in PsyPACT locations (e.g., CO, WA, IL, MD, VT, DC, MN, & CT). Only see 5-12 clients weekly. Though not a specialty, I occasionally support families, couples, and polycules. Limited availability for Tufts University Student Health Plan (UHCSR carveout). Working with young adults and colleges students struggling with anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges is something I've had the privilege to do for more than 15 years. I have expertise working with individuals with anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). I received my B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and my Doctorate from Widener University. I have a passion for supporting my clients through challenges and growth in their lives. My approach to therapy is one of collaboration. We will work together to learn how to reduce and manage symptoms in ways that make sense to you given your own unique personal and cultural background. Drawing most heavily from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) our sessions will focus on empirically supported treatments that have been shown to help individuals make tangible and concrete changes in their lives. I utilize a warm, engaging style to help those I work with develop your strengths and gain insight into patterns that are hindering you from achieving your potential in all areas of life. The opportunity to be a part of someone’s journey while they make changes in their life is the ultimate privilege. I invite individuals to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to make sure that we are a good fit and to answer any questions you have about what to expect in treatment. I look forward to taking steps in our work together.
