I support individuals who are often high-achieving or driven but find themselves feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward, especially during times of transition or uncertainty. As a Mental Health Clinician with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boston University, I bring both lived experience and clinical training into the therapeutic space. My work is grounded in supporting clients as they reconnect with themselves, navigate pressure, and move toward meaningful growth and healing. Putting experience into words lessons difficulties and facilitates creative, individual ways of making it through life. For couples, fully expressing thoughts and feelings reduces the risk of relationships becoming more strained and faltering. Currently, I am seeing individuals interested in analytic work and couples. Psychoanalysis is the deeper exploration of unconscious dynamics that make you who you are. Understanding the full range of your life experiences and how they have shaped you can free you to pursue the life you want. For creative individuals, an analytic approach is especially helpful in working toward more sustain focus, deeper artistic aims, and an integration of the artist self. Meetings are by telephone or video through the fall, and optionally may continue. I am a candidate at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis and a licensed psychologist.

Seeking mental health care can be difficult and daunting for some individuals, as well as finding the right therapist. My initial goal when meeting with new clients is to create a comfortable environment to get to know you better. My focus throughout therapy is to facilitate positive change, identify patterns that get in your way, and help you build a life worth living. Part of that process invites you to acknowledge your inner strengths and autonomy, while challenging yourself in new ways, even if it's hard. I truly love this work and feel extremely fortunate to be able to do it. I'm happy to meet you over the phone or Zoom for an initial introduction before scheduling an appointment. Feel free to email me, and we'll go from there. I look forward to potentially working with you!
Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or scary. I believe healing works best when we can laugh, reflect, and be real together. I create a space where you can bring your full self, messy, hopeful, curious, and everything in between. Whether you’re navigating stress, identity, relationships, or just figuring out who you want to be, we’ll work side by side to uncover your strengths and help you move forward. As a social work intern, I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s in-between moments, the chapters that feel uncertain, overwhelming, or full of possibility. I bring an easygoing, compassionate style to therapy, blending evidence-based practices with genuine human connection. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental: think of me as both a guide and a co-pilot. I work with individuals who want to explore identity, manage stress and anxiety, process life transitions, and deepen self-understanding. I also care deeply about working with young adults, students, and marginalized communities, helping folks feel seen and supported in spaces that often overlook them. Therapy with me is not about being ‘perfect’, it’s about exploring your story, building resilience, and finding ways to grow that actually feel authentic to you."

My goal is to guide you in understanding what interferes with living a fulfilling life. I believe change is possible, no matter the circumstance, and I will support you through your journey of growth and self-discovery. As a therapist with extensive background working with trauma survivors and individuals of all ages, couples and families in crisis, I respect and understand both the challenges and lifelong benefits of having therapeutic alliance. My experience with the healing process has solidified the importance of consistent, genuine care, creating a space to pursue what it is you desire and find to be meaningful. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Life Coach, my approach is primarily relational, focused on the cultural considerations of an individual. Although we cannot avoid suffering, learning to cope with it is possible. As we become curious and explore beliefs, experiences and relationships, we will discover meaning to move forward with renewed purpose. I use theoretical practices such as behavioral, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic, strengths-based with a trauma and attachment lens. Additionally, I am specialized in sexual trauma and utilize techniques to help alleviate symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and depression, build skills to regulate emotions and transform unhealthy behaviors. I am a Psychodynamic Couple and Family Institute of New England trainee.
I specialize in work with older teens & young adults, including young professionals and college students. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, social anxiety, self esteem, stress related to “perfectionism,” & stress from life transitions— being a new high school student, college student, or a young professional comes with many sudden life changes, & you don’t have to navigate this period of your life alone. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship & believe it’s the small things that create this alliance; you’ll notice how I remember those details you told me because what you say is important to me! Each person’s treatment is approached uniquely because each person is different in their own special way. I aim to be thorough in my sessions & strive for each session to be a resting place. I offer down-to-earth talk with my clients about their concerns. I believe you will find the therapeutic process to be nonjudgmental and insightful. With me,the pressure to “be a certain way” is off. I often use a therapeutic relationship-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework in my sessions to equip you to help take charge of your struggles. In the end, we are all human and many of us suffer with mental health concerns. We should never feel ashamed over this. I encourage you to reach out.
