Welcome! Let’s explore what a meaningful and balanced life looks like for you as an undergraduate or graduate student. I work with students on managing anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. I also enjoy helping students build stress management skills and navigate life transitions, identity exploration, relationship stress, or feeling “stuck” or burned out. My goal is to keep sessions feeling genuine and conversational, and to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together on what matters most to you. My name is Rachel Noderer and I have spent the past 10 years helping individuals develop a stronger sense of compassion for themselves and mastery over their own identity. I work with folks who may be struggling with a lack of purpose, low self esteem, anxiety, or difficulty managing relationships with friends and loved ones. As we work together, my hope is that you will gradually feel more centered in your sense of self. You'll feel like you are making decisions more thoughtfully and that you are acting in accordance with your values. While I tailor my specific therapeutic interventions to meet your needs, my preference is for a conversational non-directive approach to explore and discover underlying patterns that may be influencing your experiences. I am a person-centered therapist first and foremost - which means I prioritize placing you and all of your intersecting identities at the center of the story. You are the expert in your own life and I'm here to walk beside you, provide feedback, and most importantly provide you the space you need to figure things out. Therapy with me may feel like sitting down with a friend who is your biggest cheerleader. I value curiosity, humor, and reflection in therapy and I strive to create lots of space for those qualities in our work together. I am queer-affirming, trans-affirming, sex-positive, and believe in practicing Health at Every Size. I also have experience in and am comfortable working with individuals in the kink/BDSM community as well as individuals practicing consensual non-monogamy.

Our experienced therapists offer individual counseling services that allows privacy and confidentiality to talk about you, what’s troubling you, and how to make a sustainable change. We value helping to create a culture that normalizes discussion of, and support for, mental health being an integral part of overall wellness. To assist with decreasing barriers to care, sessions are offered as in person appointments or virtually via telehealth. Our therapists incorporate enthusiasm, humor, and creativity to help provide the support you need to reach and exceed your mental health goals. I am passionate about helping individuals on their path to self-discovery and leading a genuine and authentic life. Drawing upon my background in counseling and neuroscience, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and existentialism into my approach. I also offer Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration therapy. I aim to help individuals cultivate openness, awareness, and engagement with themselves, their loved ones, and the world around them. By incorporating meditation, relevant literature, art, and nature, I aim to create a holistic therapeutic experience. These elements enrich the exploration of subjective experiences, self-perception, and the profound aspects of existence. ACT emphasizes acceptance of one's thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while also encouraging commitment to taking meaningful action aligned with one's values. In our sessions, I guide individuals to develop psychological flexibility, allowing them to respond more effectively to life's challenges and pursue a rich and purposeful life. While I am excited to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I have a special interest in supporting those who experience chronic conditions such as pain, grief, psychosis, and trauma. Together, we will delve into meaningful discussions about topics like death, identity, and the transformative potential within each person's existence.

Elevthera Wellness was founded in 2018 by Alecia Denillo, LPC, with a simple but powerful intention: to create a therapy space that felt less like a clinical transaction and more like a genuine partnership. Over the years, that vision has grown into a practice of dedicated therapists who share the same core values - warmth, collaboration, authenticity, and a deep respect for each client's unique journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, rebuilding your sense of self, learning to set boundaries, or simply trying to figure out who you are on the other side of a big life change - you're in the right place.
Everyone Copes Differently There is no one right way to cope with trauma, triggers, and other difficulties you’re struggling with. However, when your stress and anguish affect your relationships, work, education, self-confidence, or general ability to feel happy, there has to be another way. Wherever you are in your healing journey, your feelings are valid, and you deserve to be heard. But getting the help you need means more than talking to someone who looks great on paper. Finding a therapeutic strategy that works means connecting to a certified professional who understands what you’re going through, how your life is being impacted, and what it means to feel “normal” again. You are enough. My Wellness Center is here to help during your healing journey.
Accepting NEW individuals! Hello and welcome! I practice with the belief that YOU are the expert of your own life and the person who knows what is best for you. That said, sometimes we all get a little stuck along the way. Since you're here, you (or a loved one) are likely contemplating making some positive changes and could benefit from some help and guidance. Whether you are challenged with anxiety, depression, PTSD, past trauma, or something else, I believe we can work together to reduce symptoms and improve your quality of life. My sessions are goal oriented and future focused, guided by you, working at a comfortable pace. Treatment techniques include: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). LGBTQIA+ community welcome, working knowledge of most religions/spiritualities, willing to discuss upon request. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Clinical Tele-mental Health Professional. Looking for support, problem solving, coping skills, or an opportunity to talk through what is not working? My goal is to create a working relationship that feels comfortable and hopeful. It takes courage to share personal information with someone new. Individuals and families are facing a lot of stress and difficulties which makes psychotherapy incredibly important. My work with clients has them feeling respected and involved in their own treatment goals. The clients I serve range in age from teens through adulthood. Young adults/college age are often a large part of my practice as well. Change takes time and the therapy process is based upon trust, comfort and consistency. Progress can occur and is to be expected with shared treatment goals and ongoing communication. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions about the process or for more details about my specialities and approach to care. Let's find out if I am a good match for your needs with an initial call.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, academic stress, attachment-related issues, and the emotional effects of childhood trauma, family dynamics, and unmet relational needs. In our work together, we create space for self-discovery, healing, and reconnection—with your needs, your values, and your inner sense of wisdom and power. Reaching out for support is a brave step. If you're ready to feel more grounded and connected, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
I’m not your “just nod and validate everything” therapist. I have a B.S. from Penn State and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Children, Adolescents, and Trauma) from Lock Haven—but more importantly, I meet you where you are, not where you “should” be. I use person-centered and parts work, but I’m flexible and tailor therapy to what actually works for you. I love working with teens and young adults, but if you’ve got a brain and feelings, we’ll get along. I’m direct, I use humor, and I’ll call you out (with care). I’m here to help you grow—even when it’s uncomfortable. My style? Person-centered and parts work at the core, with flexibility built in. I adjust, pivot, and pull from different approaches based on what actually helps you, not what sounds the most clinical or impressive. I want all of my clients to walk into my room and feel as though they are sitting down with a friend, not a professional. I focus heavily on building rapport, getting to know you as an individual and not just as "my client." We will laugh, cry, process, and cope together in your mental wellness journey!
